You can easily straighten nodes within your blueprint graph by selecting the desired nodes and pressing the Q key. This works for all graph types where the nodes are connected by wires (Blueprints, Materials, ControlRig, etc,.).
Keep in mind that selection order is important. If you want to align Node A to Node B, select Node A first then Node B. And if more than two nodes are selected, the nodes will align to the average center.
